Part II
Field study comprising of onsite study of existing processes, process mapping, direct observation and validation
Part III
Compilation, clarification, analysis and formulation of norms and standardization and submission of draft report.
Part IV
Feedback, review and presentation of updated report.
Part V
Final report submission and request for final payment.
